RECOMMENDATIONS AND PRIORITIES
• Enhancement of workforce training in the use of infor-
mation technology and the technological modernisa-
tion of companies, through seminars and mentorship
sessions offered by reputable stakeholders; launch of
leadership programmes for middle management exec-
utives, focusing on navigating company expansion and
on the organisation and further development of staff.
• Awareness raising, training and promotion of best prac-
tices for inclusion in the workplace, with an emphasis on
ensuring equal pay and fair treatment of diversity, and
age diversity in particular.
• Bolstering investments in smaller businesses through
tax benefits and investment incentives, aiming to in-
crease startup funding by angel investors.
