          CONCLUSIONS AND
          ACTIONS PROPOSED




          The five pillars of competitiveness analysed by the Compass report each year — given, of course, the availability of
          the specific applicable indicators — allow for monitoring of the country’s competitiveness at the strategic level. The
          key takeaways emerging from this year’s analysis are presented below, with a detailed analysis of each of the five
          pillars presented thereafter.
